On A Rainbow

Friends and fans, we are giving an honest-to-goodness concert!  In a real auditorium!

A CAPPELLA CONCERT
featuring On a Rainbow and The Suspenders
Friday, May 21, 2010
7:30-8:30 PM

Suggested donation $5-$10.  All proceeds will benefit the Albany Music Fund, a great organization that is single-handedly keeping vocal music alive in Albany public schools.  (Notice that the donation is suggested; no one's going to shake you down for cash, so please come and enjoy and support kids if you are so inclined.) 

True fans will want to join us afterwards for pizza - location TBD.

Hey Fans,

On a Rainbow has been busy busy this spring - individually, we are planning weddings and visiting LA and building Mexican cookstoves; as a group, we are expanding our jazz repetoire and collaborating with the mens' quartet, Make You Fall, on some great 8-part stuff.

It's been a while since we performed, but we've got a concert in the works featuring the men's, women's and mixed groups, plus the possibility of some solo stuff and - if Kat has her way - an air guitar contest.  Look for more info about our concert, which will benefit the Albany Music Fund, in early June.
